Oh, the irony.

So we took our new kitty to get vaccinations today, and as my wife was standing in line, a little kid approached her looking sad. He wanted to play with the kitty, so my wife let him. The kid's mom then mentioned that their cat just died because he was hit by a truck. Then the kid goes, really sad:

"He was hit by a big truck"

So my wife asks "what was your kitty's name?"

And the boy answers "Dodger".

Oh, the irony.
